The Ponoka Physiotherapy & Acupuncture Clinic Ltd. addition/renovation project included a new 1,966 SqFt addition and minor renovations/upgrades to the existing 1,659 SqFt building. The addition included 3 new assessment rooms, a barrier free washroom, space for up to 7 treatment beds, staff work area and a welcoming new barrier free entrance/waiting room.

Project Overview
Our challenge was to design and build an addition that looked like a natural extension of the original building. This new build included a functional space, customized by the client, on the remaining limited lot space. The construction schedule (new construction and renovations of existing) was completed with minimal disruption to clients ongoing business operations.
